This is the Privacy Policy for 4GD Diamonds Ltd, with registered address, 32-34 Greville Street, London, EC1N 8TN ("Forgood", "us", "we" or "our").
It explains how we, as data controller, collect, use and share the information that we receive or collect about you (that may include personal information) though our website at www.forgooddiamonds.com (collectively referred to as "the Site") which you can use to purchase diamond goods and purchase related goods ("Products") (collectively referred to as "the Goods"), and through other interactions with us that you may have during the course of our various marketing and other activities.
It also explains the rights you as a user of our goods have to control the use of your information. Personal information means any information relating to a natural person that allows that individual to be identified either directly or indirectly.

The partners, suppliers, agents, subcontractors and software companies who help us deliver the products and services you’ve chosen to use send data to other regions, including Europe and the United States. Data is transferred to facilitate the provision of services and all information is adequately protected in compliance with GDPR regulations when transferred within Europe and protected to EU standards when transferred outside of Europe.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep most of your data for 7 years to comply with the law and if we face a legal challenge. In some circumstances, like cases of fraud, we may keep data longer if we need to and/or the law says we have to.
In each case, the length of time that we need to keep the information may be different, but we will only keep the information for as long as we need it.
